WARREN M. ALTER

Warren M. Alter, the President and Founder of Alter Surety Group, Inc. has been assisting contractors of all sizes and trades for two decades.  He has earned the respect as a true professional dedicated to developing and servicing the surety needs of hundreds of contractors over the years in the Florida marketplace.  By keeping his focus strictly on suretyship, it has allowed him to creatively assist clients with unique and difficult bond needs.  He is recognized by his clients and surety markets as being a trustworthy business advisor and well respected surety bond agent.
 
Located in South Florida, he brings a uniquely seasoned and experienced perspective to optimizing your surety program.  He and his staff strive for excellence in service and client satisfaction.  Mr. Alter graduated from the University of Florida in 1987 receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with his primary emphasis in Finance and Accounting.  Shortly thereafter he worked as a personal lines insurance professional for Prudential Insurance Company.  In 1991, Mr. Alter embarked on his lifelong surety career joining a well known and respected insurance agency that specialized in the insurance and bond needs for the construction marketplace.

David T. Satine grew up in South Florida and graduated from Florida State University in 1991.  After graduation, he moved to Dallas, Texas and entered the Mortgage Industry.  He spent the following five years creating relationships with builders, bankers, realtors and past clients becoming a well respected Loan Officer in both the commercial and residential marketplace. 

In 1998, he decided to follow his dream and opened Wall Street Home Mortgage.  Over the next 10 years, Mr. Satine, along with Wall Street Home Mortgage, helped thousands of clients with their mortgages needs. 

In 2004, David started SDP PROPERTIES, where he helped design and construct commercial office buildings. This knowledge and experience enables him to fully understand the needs and concerns of the contractors.

In 2009, he decided a change was in order;  and joined forces with Mr. Alter and assisted him in opening Alter Surety Group, Inc.  Mr. Satine is married with three wonderful children and is currently residing with his family in Broward County.
